Cue the memory foam inner sole and a more durable outer sole, to further improve what was already a superb piece of footwear! We kept the flex and fold technology so you can simply step into them without damaging the heel section and we also kept the super comfy, elasticated weave upper.

All orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be processed and sent on the next available working day. This includes all UK bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
How Many Days Do I Have to Return My Item?
To be entitled to a full refund or exchange, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Exchanges & Refunds
Understandably you will want to try on your items, however any items that you do return must reach us in immaculate condition with the original tags attached and in the original packaging, free from any odour such as cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant and free of any soiling or pet hair. Footwear must be returned inside the original shoebox in which it was sent. All returned items are inspected on return and may be returned to you/ or may not be refunded should they not be returned in a suitable condition.
Once a refund has been issued to your original payment method you will receive a notification. This normally takes 48 hours, however banks processing times can vary and can sometimes take longer so please allow up to 7 working days for it to clear.
Do I Need to Cover the Return Shipping Cost?
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs when requesting a size exchange or refund.
If your item is deemed to be faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will arrange for the return costs to be covered. If this is the case, then please do email us at and we’ll advise on the next course of action.

Free gifts must be returned with their parent product to receive a full refund, otherwise the parent products will be refunded minus the free gift value. Free gifts are not refundable on their own.
